How to add a CAMPER Promotional Code

CAMPER places the promotional code field on the shopping bag page rather than later in checkout. It sits in the Order Summary column on the right, just below the shipping section, so it’s fairly easy to find once the bag is open.

  Start on the product page, pick the right size, and add the item to the shopping bag. Before moving on, it helps to double-check the basics — especially size and color — since the bag page is meant more for review than browsing.

  After the item has been added, click the bag icon at the top of the page. CAMPER opens a full bag page, with the product details on the left and the checkout summary on the right.

  The key details are all there: zip code, shipping method, subtotal, and total. That right-hand panel is also where CAMPER keeps the code field, so there’s no need to move deeper into checkout to use it.

  This part is collapsed at first, so it needs to be expanded. Once opened, it shows a field labeled Promotional Code and an Apply button beside it.

  Copying and pasting is usually the safer option here. Promotional codes tend to fail over small typing mistakes, and CAMPER’s field doesn’t leave much room for guessing whether a character was entered correctly.

  After clicking Apply, look back at the order summary to see whether the price changes. If nothing happens, the issue is often the offer itself rather than the checkout page — exclusions on sale items, selected styles, or minimum spend rules are usually the first things worth checking.
