How to Use a Promo Code on Bangkok Airways

Here’s how I usually add a promo code when I book a ticket on the Bangkok Airways site. It’s pretty simple once you know where everything lives.

  Go to the Bangkok Airways homepage. At the top you’ll see the big white booking panel with the little airplane icon and the “Flight” / “Book Flight” tab already selected. That’s the one you want.

  Choose if you’re flying “One way” or another option, then adjust Passengers if you’re not traveling solo. After that, open the dropdowns and pick your “Select Origin” and “Select Destination”. I always double-check this part so I don’t apply a code to the wrong route.

  Click on “Select Date” and pick the day you want to fly from the calendar. If your promo has specific travel dates, make sure you stay within those – Bangkok Airways can be quite strict about that.

  On the right side of the panel, just before the round arrow search button, there’s a box labeled “Promotion Code”. It’s easy to miss if you’re in a hurry, but that’s where your discount goes.

  Paste or type your promo into the “Promotion Code” box. I personally prefer copy–paste from a trusted source because these codes often mix letters and numbers, and one extra space or typo is enough to make it fail.

  Once the code is in, click the arrow button to search. If the promo is valid for your route, dates and fare type, the discounted prices will show up in the list of available flights or later in the price breakdown.
