How to add an OLD NAVY promo code

If this is the first time using a discount code on OLD NAVY, the main thing to know is that the code box is not built into the top part of the checkout summary. On the bag page shown here, it sits lower down in its own Promos section on the right-hand side. That is the area to use before placing the order.

  Add the item to the bag and open the Bag page. After selecting the product, go to the page labeled Bag. This is the screen where OLD NAVY shows the item details on the left and the order totals on the right. Before entering any code, make sure the item, size, wash, and quantity are correct.

  On the right side of the page, the Order Summary box shows the current Subtotal, Shipping, Est. Tax, and Est. Total. This is the area to watch closely, because any valid promo code should affect the pricing shown here. It is also worth checking the page for any notices that could affect the order, such as shipping restrictions or item eligibility.

  Many shoppers expect the discount box to appear near the total or directly above the main checkout button. On this OLD NAVY page, it appears farther down the right column, underneath the blue Checkout button and the PayPal and Apple Pay options. Look for the box labeled Promos.

  Inside the Promos box, click into the field labeled Enter Promo Code. Paste the code directly if possible, since that reduces the chance of typing mistakes. If entering it manually, use the exact letters and numbers shown on the coupon page.

  After entering the code, click the Apply button next to the field. If the code works, the order pricing should refresh in the summary area above. The easiest way to confirm it applied correctly is to compare the updated total with the previous Est. Total shown before the code was entered.

  Do not move forward just because the code was entered. First confirm that the discount is actually reflected in the order summary. Once that is visible, continue with the blue Checkout button or choose PayPal or Apple Pay. If the code does not apply, the usual reasons are item exclusions, minimum-spend requirements, or offer limits tied to specific products or regions.
